The Legend of Nayuta: Boundless Trails receives a gameplay trailer showing off more of the upcoming action RPG

NIS America has released a new gameplay trailer for The Legend of Nayuta: Boundless Trails that provides a quick, succinct rundown for what players can expect from the upcoming action RPG. Although this Falcom-developed title contains the 'Trails' moniker, it is not related to the long, ongoing Trails series that contains the Trails in the Sky trilogy, Trails from Zero, Trails to Azure, and the Trails of Cold Steel tetralogy.

This new gameplay trailer for The Legend of Nayuta: Boundless Trails highlights its real-time action RPG gameplay as players take control of Nayuta. It is more reminiscent of earlier Falcom titles, such as Ys Origin and Ys: The Oath in Felghana. Several side characters are shown in the trailer as well, including Cygna Alhazen, Creha, Zechst, and a mysterious, unnamed Masked Swordsman all with new English-dubbed voices.

The Legend of Nayuta: Boundless Trails launches on September 19 for the PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, and PC (Steam).; its European console launch is just a few days later on September 22. The title was technically released on Steam in December 2021 under NIS America, but it only contained the Japanese script intended for players who wanted to play it in Japanese. This same Steam release will be updated with its English localization on September 19.
