Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic iPad bound

In a lovely bit of news to get all our days started on a positive note (well, most of us anyway), it's just been revealed that an iPad port of Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic is due to land on the iPad.

Let that process for a moment.

Right, now that you're back with us, you will probably be interested to know that a review for the port has already been done by those folks over at IGN.

Pleasingly, they seem pretty happy with it; citing the touched up visuals and re-engineered touch controls which neatly underpin that same superb game which came back in 2003.

Developed by Aspyr, who also took coding duties on the Mac port of the game, the game is available to download now for $9.99 and is 1.98GB in size.
