Mario & Luigi: Paper Jam announced for Nintendo 3DS
Despite rumors of a new Paper Mario game for Wii U, Nintendo revealed instead a wacky crossover - Mario & Luigi: Paper Jam - set to release on Nintendo 3DS next Spring. In Europe, the game will be titled Mario & Luigi: Paper Jam Bros.
The game features elements from both the Mario & Luigi and Paper Mario series, and is developed by Alphadream (who is behind the Mario & Luigi Series). The battle system looks very similar to the one in M&L: Dream Team, with a Paper Mario twist.
