Ni no Kuni II Costume Guide: Where to find all Character Outfits
The cast of characters in Ni no Kuni II: Revenant Kingdom don't change appearance based on the armor they are currently wearing, but each character does have a handful of alternate outfits that the player can set once they are found in the game. These outfits have no effect on stats and are equipped independently of other armor and accessories. These outfits are also reflected in the game's cutscenes.
Some costumes are a bit tricky to find, so we wanted to list out all the outfits found in Ni no Kuni II and where to get them. Check out the list below!

Ni no Kuni II All Character Costumes
Below we will list each alternate outfit for each playable character in the game. Many of the outfits require the player to be far into the story, and even into the post-game after the credits sequence has rolled.
Many costumes also require high-level crafting items that can only be found in the game's 10th and final Dream Door dungeon. This dungeon is the Faraway Forest Cave, located on Faraway Island on the East side of the map. The dungeon has 30 floors, and many items wont appear commonly until the 20th or later, so make sure you are ready to take on some strong enemies before you go.
Wizard Costume (Evan)
How to obtain: Defeat Tainted Monster 44: Sporespew in Shabby Shrine. Shabby Shrine is in the area west of Goldpaw, and requires the player to be in Chapter 6.
Robes of Unity (Evan)
How to obtain: This outfit will be yours after you defeat the final boss and complete the game. Upon reloading your save file, you'll have this outfit (and a Star Icon next to your save file.)
Mamooni Garb (Evan)
How to obtain: Found in a chest on the world map on the north side of desert continent (requires Zippelin).
Vestments of Victory (Evan)
How to obtain: Quest 158 "Dressed to Kill" (Post-Game).
Swordsman's Robe (Roland)
How to obtain: Quest 30 "The Seeds of Righteousness" in Chapter 5 or later.
Shabby Coat (Roland)
How to obtain: Found in a chest on the world map near Crooked Cavern, east of Sky Pirate's Base.
Chief Consul's Coat (Roland)
How to obtain: Quest 171 "A Costume Fit for a Consul" (Post-Game, Kingdom Level 4). Several materials for this are found in the Faraway Cavern Dream Door.
Harpist's Costume (Tani)
How to obtain: Chest on the world map south of Hideaway Hollow, where you started the game. (requires Zippelin)
Greenling Garb (Tani)
How to obtain: Quest 151 "Almost too Good to Be True.." in Chapter 9
Queen's Gown (Tani)
How to obtain: Quest 172 "Pretty as a Princess" (Post-Game, Kingdom Level 4). Several materials for this are found in the Faraway Cavern Dream Door.
Shipwright's Shirt (Batu)
How to obtain: Chest on World Map above Tightfight Cavern (requires Zippelin)
Wild Attire (Batu)
How to obtain: Defeat Tainted Monster 40: Toxina - west of Goldpaw on the world map. (Requires Zippelin)
Commander's Clobber (Batu)
How to obtain: Quest 173 "Classy Cloud Snake Clobber" (Post-Game, Kingdom Level 4)
Regal Attire (Leander)
How to obtain: Platform on the west side of Makronos (requires Zippelin)
Hydropolitan King's Robes (Leander)
How to obtain: Quest 163 "Kingdom of the Crystal Seas" (Post-Game)
Junior Consul's Clothes (Leander)
How to obtain: Quest 174 "Jazzing Up the Junior Consul" (Post-Game, Kingdom Level 4). Several materials for this are found in the Faraway Cavern Dream Door.
Goldpaw Gown (Bracken)
How to obtain: Chest on the world map west of Goldpaw. (requires Zippelin)
Wearable Tech (Bracken)
How to obtain: Quest 148 "Power Dressing"
Ingenious Outfit (Bracken)
How to obtain: Quest 175 "Outfit Upgrade for Bracken" (Post-Game, Kingdom Level 4). Several materials for this are found in the Faraway Cavern Dream Door.
