Tokyo Mirage Sessions #FE Encore Costume Guide: how to get all outfits for every character

When you're an idol saving Tokyo from the threat of Mirages, you need remember to look stylish while doing so. Costumes are a fun way to keep the combat of Tokyo Mirage Sessions #FE fresh on the eyes, and the new Nintendo Switch Encore version has done a great job offering all of the game's costume selection available with no need for extra in-game purchases.

While you won't need to break out the credit card to get all of the costumes - and trust us, there are a lot - you will need to actually unlock them in-game. Luckily, we're here with a quick primer on how to get every costume in the game, and we've even got screenshots of them so you can decide which ones you want to aim to grab first. Here goes...

Tokyo Mirage Sessions #FE Encore Costumes: all outfits & how to unlock them

Outside of unlocking them via story progression, there are two main ways to unlock costumes in Encore.

The first of which is from the Area of Aspirstion, the new dungeon accessible in Bloom Palace starting from the Intermission after Chapter 2. These are where the three EX Story chapters take place and where you will find the costumes originally featured as DLC.

The second is Anzu, a store found in Harajuku. While you're likely to burn through your Yen fast here, this is where you'll find the majority of the extra costumes in the game.
