Saving the Prince and winning the public over requires more than just a firm handshake and combat knowledge — it takes resources to keep your team slinging spells and clearing dungeons in a reasonable time frame. Thankfully, you're not limited to quaffing down healing tonics found in a chest somewhere. During your campaign, you will gain the ability to cook a number of delicious meals all designed to help aid you, and we've got the list of the recipes and ingredients for you right here.

Meal Preparation

Before we get into the list, here's a few things involving cooking that you should be aware of. First, cooking takes time in the early game, time you may not necessarily have. You can cook a handful of times in the kitchen of the Hushed Honeybee Inn, but this only works until you unlock the Gauntlet Runner via the main story. Afterwards, all cooking will need to be done on the Gauntlet Runner.

Next, when you cook something, time passes until you unlock the Fast Cooking trait via Maria's Follower Link. At Rank 4, the trait unlocks, allowing you to cook without time passing. This is critical to get as soon as possible, because that time saved can then be spent on working on your Followers or Royal Virtue stats.

Finally, all recipes require ingredients, and these ingredients can be sourced from a number of locations: wild monsters, random items in dungeons, and of course, from ingredient shops. If you complete every single recipe at once, you unlock a special recipe to cook as well, so it's imperative to try and cook every time you take the runner out.

Recipe List

The recipes are listed in order in the game, which is also the unlock order. They're tethered to what party members you have unlocked, so if you don't see the recipe in-game, it means you haven't progressed far enough in the story yet.

Redgrass-Roasted Bidou (Obtained automatically when you use the Gauntlet Runner kitchen for the first time.)
- Restores 400 HP and cures Burn for one ally.

Curative Coney Roast (Obtained automatically when you use the Gauntlet Runner kitchen for the first time.)
- Restores 250 HP and cures Poison for all allies.

Coney Stew (Obtained automatically when you use the Gauntlet Runner kitchen for the first time.)
- Cures status ailments for all allies.

Holistic Whitefish Platter (Obtained automatically when you use the Gauntlet Runner kitchen for the first time.)
- Fully restores HP for all allies.

Critical Meatballs (Obtained automatically when you use the Gauntlet Runner kitchen for the first time.)
- Increases Critical Rate for all allies for three turns.

Steadfast Stew (Obtained automatically when you use the Gauntlet Runner kitchen for the first time.)
- Allows one ally to withstand fatal damage with 1 HP.

Precision Fermented Ribs (Obtained automatically when you use the Gauntlet Runner kitchen for the first time.)
- Increases next attack's hit rate to 100% for one ally.

Stale Blackbread (Obtained automatically when you use the Gauntlet Runner kitchen for the first time.)
- Deals 300 Almighty damage to one enemy.

Invincible Noodles (Obtained on 7/10 automatically after unlocking the Thief party member.)

Bidou Meat

Pristine Clearwater

Redgrass
- Sold via the Redgrass Shop in Grand Trad. To unlock this shop, you must first buy the "Secrets of Redgrass Shop" information from the Grand Trad informant, then speak with the Herb-Seller. One Redgrass for 150 Reeve or four Redgrass for 500 Reeve.
Mora Coney Meat
- Sold from the Fresh-Picked Meats shop in Martira (Stairstone Market) for 500 Reeve per.
