This armor set includes the Felyne Butterfly Wand α (1 Blossom Ticket and 1 Lala Barina Mucus+), the F Butterfly Hat α (1 Blossom Ticket and 1 Lala Barina Floret+), and F Butterfly Vest α (1 Blossom Ticket and 1 Lala Barina Carapace).

They aren't common rewards so you might have to do a quest more than once to get a Blossomdance Catalog ticket.
