NIS America announces Saviors of Sapphire Wings / Stranger of Sword City Revisited for Nintendo Switch and PC in 2021
NIS America has announced that Saviors of Sapphire Wings / Stranger of Sword City Revisited will launch for Nintendo Switch and PC (via Steam & GOG) in the West in 2021. This is a dual pack that contains two first-person dungeon crawler RPGs developed by Experience Inc. The official website is here.
Saviors of Sapphire Wings released for PlayStation Vita in Japan last summer (with a title that translated as 'Blue-Winged Chevalier'). This game is a remake of an earlier title from the studio, Students of Round, and also takes place in the same universe as Demon Gaze, another Experience title, though 1000's of years earlier.
Stranger of Sword City originally released as an Xbox 360 title in Japan in 2014, but eventually made its way to PlayStation Vita, Xbox One, and PC in the west in 2016. It received a re-release on PlayStation Vita in 2017 - appending Revisited to the title - which added new classes, dungeons, and balance changes. This is the version included with this new announcement.
