Tetracast - Episode 166: Dungeon Crawling through the Year
Welcome to the latest edition of the Tetracast, RPG Site's regular, seemingly weekly, podcast!
In this episode, James opens up the podcast with action platformer Mad Rat Dead, which recently got a demo on JP PlayStation Network. After getting our requisite Monster Hunter World discourse in, Bryan talks about his experience with the PC port of Horizon Zero Dawn. Adam ends the opening section discussing Summon Night: Swordcraft Story as he wraps up his outstanding GBA library.
On the news front, we discuss some recent sales numbers, such as 5 million for Final Fantasy VII Remake, 1 million for GreedFall, and 18.22 million for Pokemon Sword/Shield & 1.32 million for Xenoblade Chronicles: Definitive Edition.
NIS America recently announced Saviors of Sapphire Wings / Stranger of Sword City Revisited, which basically gives James and Adam reason to praise the dungeon crawler genre. Sony revealed that Spider-Man is exclusive to the PlayStation versions of Marvel's Avengers, and the podcast ends discussing MMORPGs and how Final Fantasy XI is getting new story content for the first time in five years.
