Atelier Ryza: Ever Darkness & the Secret Hideout has shipped more 500,000 copies worldwide

Gust has announced that Atelier Ryza: Ever Darkness & the Secret Hideout has shipped more than 500,000 copies worldwide, including digital sales. Originally released last Fall for PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, and PC, it is the best-selling Atelier series game to date. The game had previously announced 420,000 such sales this past April.

Liz was positive in our review for Atelier Ryza, calling it a solid start of a new sub-series and a great entry point for newcomers.

A direct sequel, Atelier Ryza 2: Lost Legends and the Secret Fairy, is set to release on December 3 in Japan and January 2021 for PC.
