Square Enix has updated the Steam & Mobile versions of Final Fantasy IV with a new interface and more languages
Square Enix has released a surprise new update for the Steam & mobile versionsĀ of Final Fantasy IV. This follows a similar surprise update for the Steam/mobile versions of Final Fantasy III released in February 2020.
For the Steam version specifically, the game now sports a brand new user interface and supports a full-screen display, including for ultrawide aspect ratios. Several Asian languages have also been added to the game.
The PC version of Final Fantasy IV originally released in 2014, a port of the Nintendo DS 3D remake, which also made its way to mobile devices.
