Maglam Lord launches March 18 in Japan, publishes Opening movie
D3 Publisher has confirmed the release date of Maglam Lord in Japan. The new action RPG from the creators of the Summon Night series will be available in the country on March 18. This new date misses the initial release window of Winter 2020, which usually goes until February 2021.
The publisher also uploaded the opening movie of the game, which confirms the official romanizations of the main characters. The opening theme song is titled "Boundary", which is sung by Kamoshi and composed by Chiaki Fujita; the latter has been known to work on the soundtracks of the Summon Night series.
The player will assume the role of Killizzark, a Devil Lord who is labeled as an endangered species after awakening from a deep slumber. Killizzark will cooperate with other characters while finding a soulmate from among the eligible candidates like the heroes Darius and Charm, the mechanical doll M.O.A.V., the beast girl Gelet, and the saint Aqluaow.
Maglam Lord will be available for PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch in Japan on March 18. An English localization of the game has yet to be announced.
