Batora: Lost Haven announced for PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, XB1, Switch, and PC
Stormind Games, developers of Remothered: Tormented Fathers and Remothered: Broken Porcelain, has announced (via IGN) Batora: Lost Haven, an isometric action RPG. The game is set to release for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC (Steam), though no release window has been announced.
Batora puts you into the shoes of 16-year-old Avril as she travels through the universe, battling horrors in an attempt to save a devasted Earth. The game features a cartoony sci-fi visual style and a combat camera similar to Diablo-like RPGs. Stormind also highlights a non-linear storyline with various competing factions present in the game.
An announcement trailer, description, and screenshot set can be found below, via Stormind Games. The official website is here.
Batora: Lost Haven combines the features of a hack & slash and a twin-stick shooter in a nonlinear interplanetary story-driven action RPG.
What boundaries would you cross to save your home?
Avril used to be a regular 16-year-old girl, not what you’d call a natural-born hero. Until a mysterious event devastated the Earth, and she lost everything she cared for. Now she’s the only one who, with the physical and mental powers that she has been gifted, can attempt to save her planet!
This is how her cosmic journey starts: soon enough, Avril will learn that the line between good and evil is thin. It’s up to her to decide whom to believe: her choices will change the destiny of the universe.
