Tetracast - Episode 191: Tetra Triangle Time

Welcome to the latest edition of the Tetracast, RPG Site's regular, seemingly weekly, podcast!

James opens up having moved onto Final Fantasy VI which he thinks is a masterpiece so far with excellent storytelling. James also gives some early impressions on Control, which he's playing through PlayStation Plus. Bryan wraps ups his thoughts having finished Yakuza 4, thinking that it did manage to do some clever things with the larger playable cast. He then goes into the new demo for Project Triangle Strategy, which went live alongside the game's announcement. Josh and Bryan discuss at lengths their first impressions of the new tactical RPG, and how it compares and contrasts to Octopath Traveler.  Josh wraps up this section of the cast by discussing his time with the Guilty Gear -Strive- Open Beta as well as his impressions on mobile RPG BlazBlue Alternative: Dark War.

This week the cast goes all-in on all of the announcements made during this week's Nintendo Direct, starting off with the announcement of a Legend of Mana remaster, which Josh is pretty fond of. The crew touches on announcements of a date for SaGa Frontier Remastered and light details on a new Expansion Pass for Hyrule: Warriors: Age of Calamity, before we all share our lukewarm feelings towards the announcement of Skyward Sword HD and The Caligula Effect 2. 

Finally, the cast discusses a little about BlizzCon Online, namely the announcement of an awesome looking remaster in Diablo II: Resurrected and a new Rogue class for Diablo IV. The cast wraps up with quick mention of a new release date for New World and Tales of Vesperia: Definitive Edition meeting the 1 million sales milestone.
