Ys IX: Monstrum Nox to release on Nintendo Switch and PC in July

NIS America announced today that Ys IX: Monstrum Nox will release for Nintendo Switch and PC (GOG, Steam) this July.  Adol's latest adventure will arrive on Switch on July 6 in North America, July 9 in Europe, and July 16 in Oceania. The PC launch is set for July 6. The game is also set to release for Google Stadia, though it is not 100% clear if it will share the same dates.

A new trailer was shared for the new release date announcements, going over the premise of the long series' latest entry.

Ys IX originally released in North America earlier this year for PlayStation 4, following its 2019 launch in Japan. For those who have been waiting to play, we have reviews for both the game's North American launch as well as from the original Japanese release.
