Dragon Quest X set to debut in Dragon Quest Collection
At long last, fans might be able to get their first look at Dragon Quest X - as the upcoming "Dragon Quest Collection" for Wii is to include a first-look at Dragon Quest X in a video form.
The Dragon Quest Collection is set to arrive in Japan on September 15th - so now you know when to mark your diary - we'll bring you the video as soon as we can. The Dragon Quest Collection is essentially a ROM dump of Dragon Quest I, II and III on a Wii disc with no real improvements to the original game.
In addition to the first look at Dragon Quest X where we'll probably see the game's logo and learn its subtitle (if it has one) the Collection will include a 130-page reprint of the classic guides for the games, unchanged from their original prints and a recreation of the 'Small Medal' from the games as a first print run bonus.
On the disc fans can look forward to a digital art collection and an all new 25th Anniversary Anime sequence that introduces the three games.
We'll bring you any news on DQX when it breaks later this year. - and we'll finally find out if rumours of Wii U support for the title turn out to be true.
