The Good Life now to be published by Playism this Fall
During this morning's Indie Live Expo stream, Playism announced that it has taken over publishing duties for quirky 'debt-repayment' RPG The Good Life, which is now set to release this Fall for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC (Steam).
The Good Life - a game by Swery - was originally announced in 2017 with a planned Fig crowdfunding campaign that ultimately failed, though it was followed by a relaunched successful Kickstarter campaign in 2018. The project has been in the works for a while; we wrote up our impressions of a demo back during PAX West 2018. The game involves paying off a debt and solving a murder mystery in a town where the inhabitants turn into cats and dogs at night.
