Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous will launch for PlayStation and Xbox in 2021
Owlcat Games has announced that it has teamed up with Koch Media's Prime Matter publishing label to release the upcoming Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One (with backward compatibility on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S) in 2021. The game will debut on September 2 for PC (Steam, GOG, Epic).
Alongside the console version announcement, Owlcat revealed a new developer diary on the fortress city of Drezen, a key location early on in the game.
You can check out the developer diary below. More information about Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous can be seen in its PC release date announcement.
A linchpin of the Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous story, players learn about the city early in the game as they interact with people who witnessed its siege and claim to be responsible for its loss 70 years ago. The Queen directs heroes to take back the fortress - by any means necessary - and the assault’s starting location is highly influenced by the choices players make and the advice they follow. The fortress changes constantly depending on the Mythic Path you choose and decisions you make throughout the game.
