Shin Megami Tensei V 'Bethel Trailer' shows an escalating conflict in a warped world
Atlus has released a new trailer for Shin Megami Tensei V, showcasing story sequences, factions, combat, and more in the upcoming occult JRPG.
There's a lot to be gleaned in the footage, especially for those familiar with the SMT series. We see a female archangel leading a group of Divine class demons, a lamia-like demon who seems to play an important role, a Raidou-like devil summoner, plus more insight on the characters of Tao, Yuzuru, and Ichiro.
In addition to seeing more commonly found demons in the series, in the trailer we also spot some newer additions to the franchise, such as Danu, Sukuna Hikona, & Inaana from Shin Megami Tensei IV: Apocalypse.
