Pathfinder: Kingmaker has sold 1 million units worldwide
Owlcat Games has announced that Pathfinder: Kingmaker has surpassed 1 million units sold. The CRPG originally released for PC in September 2018, followed by a console release for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One in August 2020.
Pathfinder: Kingmaker is an isometric computer RPG based on the Pathfinder pen-and-paper game, successfully Kickstarted in 2017 by Owlcat Games. The game was woefully undercooked at launch, but after some much-needed patching, we ultimately ended up quite positive on the game.
The news comes alongside the launch trailer for Kingmaker's successor, Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous, which releases in a few days on September 2 for PC (Steam, GOG, Epic). A console release is set for 2022.
