Sega will reveal a new RPG for mobile devices at Tokyo Game Show 2021

Sega is teasing a new RPG title set to be revealed at Tokyo Game Show 2021. A new teaser website has been set up, along with a Japanese Twitter account and a teaser trailer.

The trailer hints that the new RPG will take place in a fantasy world. The Japanese text and narrations in the trailer suggest that the game will have a non-linear story with multiple selections leading to different reactions and consequences on other characters. However, it added that there would be no turning back once the player has made a choice.

Although Sega hasn't formally listed any platforms, the trailer's narration verbally mentioned "Smartphone" which all but confirms that this new title will come to Android and iOS mobile devices.

Sega and Atlus will hold their primary TGS 2021 stream on October 1 at 22:00 JST (13:00 UTC). The new mobile RPG unveiling from Sega will happen in the same stream at 22:50 JST, and its details are expected to be divulged for an hour until 23:50 JST.
