Nioh 2 surpasses 2.5 million units sold worldwide

Koei Tecmo and Team Ninja have announced that Nioh 2 has now sold over 2.5 million copies worldwide. The announcement was made on the 5th anniversary of the original Nioh, which was released on February 9, 2017, in Japan.

The last reported sales figure for Nioh 2 was 2 million back in April 2021, in which combined sales of the Nioh series reached 5 million units at the time.

Nioh 2 is now available on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and PC (Steam). You can also read Lucas' reviews of the full game, as well as each of the three DLC packs.
