Shin Megami Tensei V surpasses 1 million units sold worldwide

Atlus has unveiled that Shin Megami Tensei V has sold more than a grand total of 1 million units physically and digitally worldwide as of April 2022. This milestone has been reached within just five months since its original release on November 11, 2021. Last time we checked in on Shin Megami Tensei V's sales, it surpassed 800,000 units sold worldwide as of January 2022.

Shin Megami Tensei V continues its record-breaking sales for the Shin Megami Tensei series, continuing to surpass Shin Megami Tensei IV's previous reported milestone of 600,000 units sold worldwide as of July 2015.

To celebrate the news, Shin Megami Tensei V character designer Masayuki Doi has shared a brand-new illustration to commemorate the event.
