'Zombie Survival RPG' Decision: Red Daze rises from the grave on May 19 to PC
Publisher Nordcurrent Labs and developer FlyAnvil announced that Decision: Red Daze is coming to PC (Steam, GOG) on May 19. The game is an action RPG with survival and tower defense elements against hordes of zombies. Lead a group of survivors in Decision: Red Daze, find a base, and expand it with new recruits. Zombies are not the only threats players are faced with - mutants and other deadly creatures also roam the land that are ready to wipe out anything in their way. The game features a huge map, a day-and-night cycle, a base-building component, and a crafting system for equipment and gear.
Decision: Red Daze has received a series of developer blogs on its Steam page, including a look at the Decision's series early roots as a top-down zombie shooter browser game. Another developer blog details some of the various mutants in Decision: Red Daze, such as werewolves and trolls. Recent developer blogs for the game break down the game's weapons, including how they're divided into three main classes: Melee, Firearms, and Heavy weapons. FlyAnvil mentions that Decision: Red Daze will feature more than 30 weapons as well.
