Wolfstride brings 1-on-1 mecha fights to the Nintendo Switch on May 10 in North America and Europe; May 12 in Japan
Developer OTA IMON Studios and publisher Raw Fury have revealed that Wolfstride is coming to the Nintendo Switch on May 10 in North America and Europe. It will also release in Japan shortly after on May 12. The eShop page for Wolfstride is now live, as well.
Wolfstride is a unique turn-based RPG, entirely in grayscale, primarily revolving around 1-on-1 mecha fights. Players have a vast array of options to customize their giant robot's capabilities and arsenal to suit their playstyle. These engagements take place on a 2D plane, but positioning is everything on the battlefield because each weapon can only hit specific ranges. Plus, each side's giant robot has multiple lifebars for certain parts of the mech and although the overall goal is to deplete the chest part's lifebar, disabling the other parts of the mech first may be key to safely bring victory.
For more information about Wolfstride, we've given our early positive impressions of it here before it released on Steam last December.
