Starfield delayed to 2023
Bethesda has announced that the long-awaited Starfield is no longer hitting the Xbox Series X|S and PC on November 11, 2022. Instead, it has been delayed to the first half of 2023.
Starfield also shares its delay announcement with another one of Bethesda's upcoming projects, Redfall. They have stated on Twitter that they "want to ensure that you receive the best, most polished versions of them."

There have been several developer diaries for Starfield over the last few months. Last December, the first developer diary talks about how Bethesda Game Studios is approaching this entirely brand-new IP. The one in March goes over what Starfield aims to do with its immersion, NPCs, characters, and factions. Its most recent developer diary back in April focuses on the upcoming RPG's sound design.
Starfield looks to be Bethesda's most ambitious project yet, but the wait will just be a little longer with its release pushed back to some time in 2023.
