Sabotage Studio delays Sea of Stars to 2023
Sabotage Studio has announced that they will delay Sea of Stars to 2023. It was slated to come late 2022 in an update back in December 2021.
The development studio cited that they want to maintain the "quality of life for our team and quality of the finished game". Despite the delay, Sabotage Studio mentions that they are exploring options to have a "playable slice out to everyone this year."
This RPG serves as a prequel to Sabotage Studio's previous title, The Messenger, and raised CA$ 1,628,126 in its Kickstarter campaign in early 2020.
Sabotage Studio has been gradually sharing clips of Sea of Stars as they develop it on their YouTube channel. Recent updates include camping on the world map, fishing, combo healing in battle, and a pirate band performing at a tavern.
Sea of Stars will now be releasing in 2023 for the Nintendo Switch and PC (Steam).
