Eiyuden Chronicle: Rising getting a physical release in North America and Europe for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, and Nintendo Switch on January 26, 2023

Red Art Games has announced that Eiyuden Chronicle: Rising will be getting a physical release in North America and Europe for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, and Nintendo Switch on January 26, 2023, priced at €34.99/$34.99. 

Eiyuden Chronicle: Rising was released earlier this year, acting as a sort of spinoff-sequel to next year's Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes. In our review, Adam described the game as a respectable introduction to the world of Eiyuden.

Red Art Games is proud to announce the upcoming Western physical release of Eiyuden Chronicle: Rising on Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 4. Eiyuden Chronicle: Rising is an Action RPG developed by Rabbit & Bear Studios. and published digitally by 505 Games.

Nintendo Switch as well as PS5 and PS4 boxed copies of Eiyuden Chronicle: Rising published by Red Art Games will release on January 26th, 2023 at the price of €34.99. Pre-orders for the PEGI-rated Eiyuden Chronicle: Rising physical edition will be up later today at 5PM CEST, exclusively on the official Red Art Games online store.

In North America, Nintendo Switch as well as PS5 and PS4 boxed copies of Eiyuden Chronicle: Rising will also come out on January 26th, 2023 at the retail price of $34.99. ESRB-rated physical copies of the game will be distributed by Video Games Plus, Red Art Games’ North American partner, exclusively. North American consumers will be able to pre-order the ESRB-rated version on Video Games Plus’ site from 5PM CEST today.

Every Eiyuden Chronicle: Rising copy comes with a set of three Eiyuden Chronicles trading cards. Early buyers of Western physical copies of Eiyuden Chronicle: Rising will also get the Eiyuden Chronicle: Rising Soundtrack CD as a pre-order bonus. To get the Eiyuden Chronicle: Rising Soundtrack CD, customers will have to purchase the game before its official release on January 26th, 2023.

Eiyuden Chronicle: Rising is an Action RPG set in the same world as Eiyuden Chronicle. It weaves together the pre-war tales of various characters who will eventually become your companions in Eiyuden Chronicle. The game will introduce a portion of Eiyuden Chronicle’s cast of characters in an original story with thrilling action and engaging town-upgrading elements. There will be some perks for players that link the game with Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes.

About Eiyuden Chronicle: Rising

Eiyuden Chronicle: Rising combines a thrilling adventure through ancient ruins with the tale of one town’s rise from the ashes.

Drawn by lenses and other treasure in the nearby Runebarrows, our heroes learn that the town is struggling to rebuild after an earthquake and decide to help. Along the way, they’ll resolve disputes between eager adventurers and wary locals who don’t think the Barrows should be disturbed. And they’ll learn more about each other’s reasons for seeking treasure, deepening their bonds in the process.
