Mugen Souls to launch for Nintendo Switch on April 27
Eastasiasoft has announced that Mugen Souls will launch for Nintendo Switch on April 27 in North America and Europe. It will be available both digitally and physically, with physical editions available from Playasia.
Mugen Souls originally released for PlayStation 3 in 2012, followed by a PC release in 2015. The Nintendo Switch version of the game will contain all the content in the original Japanese release.

Independent developer and publisher Eastasiasoft Limited today announced an official release date for anime-style JRPG Mugen Souls, coming to Nintendo Switch digitally on April 27th, 2023 in North America, Europe, Australia and Hong Kong. Physical editions will also begin shipping from online retail partner Playasia at the same time. To celebrate the upcoming launch, a new trailer is now available.
Following up on the release of Moero Crystal H and Seven Pirates H for Nintendo Switch, this project marks the third major partnership between Idea Factory and Eastasiasoft Limited. Mugen Souls is a vibrant RPG featuring multiple open worlds to explore, extensive character customization, and strategic turn-based combat on free-roaming battle maps. The Nintendo Switch version of the game features all prior extras, content true to the original Japanese release, and full English language support for both text and audio.
Mugen Souls was originally developed by Idea Factory in cooperation with Compile Heart and will be published for Nintendo Switch by Eastasiasoft Limited in regions outside of Japan. Digital pricing is set at US$39.99/€39.99, plus a 15% launch discount will be available for a limited time. Review code requests are now being accepted and will begin distribution in the week leading up to the digital release.
