Genshin Impact 3.6 update preview stream dated
Fans of Genshin Impact will learn more about what's coming next for HoYoVerse's open-world RPG tomorrow. The company plans a special preview live stream for the Genshin Impact 3.6 update on March 31, 2023, at 05:00 AM PT/08:00 AM ET/12:00PM GMT. The stream will broadcast live via the official Genshin Impact Twitch channel, and appear on YouTube after a short delay. The official title of the Genshin Impact 3.6 update is "A Parade of Providence".
Like previews for other updates, the stream will be presented by members of the Genshin Impact voice cast. The English-language stream will be presented by the following voice actors:
- Zach Aguilar (Aether)
- Kimberly Anne Campbell (Nahida)
- Anjali Kunapaneni (Dori)
- Sean Durrie (Baizhu)
Of note is the presence of Baizhu, who is not yet a playable character in-game. The owner of Liyue's Bubu Pharmacy, Baizhu has been present in Genshin Impact since the game's launch but only appeared as an NPC. Recent teases by HoYoVerse via social media hint that Baizhu will join the playable cast in Genshin Impact 3.6 via the game's Wish banner. He will be a Dendro-element character, though his weapon type has not yet been officially confirmed.
Another character likely to join the cast in Genshin Impact 3.6 is Kaveh. A renowned architect from Sumeru, Kaveh is another Dendro-element character who first appeared in the Chapter III Archon Quests.
The previous Genshin Impact update, version 3.5, was titled "Windblume's Breath", debuted on March 1, 2023, and saw a new installment of Mondstadt's Windblume Festival take place. Additionally, the Eremite mercenary Dehya and the Favonius Knight Mika were added to the playable roster.
Genshin Impact is available on PS4, PS5, PC, and mobile platforms.
