Fate/Grand Order Moonlight/Lostroom event, Lostbelt No. 6 release window revealed
Prepare for costume overload in the next Fate/Grand Order event. Aniplex of America dropped new details about the near-term plans for FGO at its Sakura-Con 2023 panel on April 8, 2023. The reveals, which are now reflected on the official site, include dates for the game's crossover with the Waltz in the Moonlight/Lostroom spin-off, as well as a release window for the next big story chapter.
Second Section Director Yoshiki Kanou summarized the info in a quick video aired during the panel:
Kanou also noted the release window for the next main story chapter for Fate/Grand Order: Cosmos in the Lostbelt. Titled Lostbelt No.6: Fae Round Table Domain, Avalon le Fae - The Moment a Planet is Born, the chapter will release in early June 2023. The previous major story chapter, Lostbelt No. 5.5: Heian-Kyo, launched in November 2022. Lostbelt No. 6 is highly anticipated by fans of the game, as it's the story that will properly introduce Caster Altria. Also called "Castoria", Caster Altria is the caster-class variant of Altria Pendragon that joined the playable roster in July 2022 for the English version's 5th Anniversary.
While players wait for Lostbelt No. 6 to manifest, they'll be able to attend a concert at Chaldea. The next FGO event is titled Bedazzled! Grail Concert! ~Crane Returns an Idol's Favor~. The event is based on Fate/Grand Order: Waltz in the Moonlight/Lostroom, a rhythm game spin-off of FGO that was released for the Japanese edition's 5th Anniversary. The premise involved characters from FGO dancing to the beat in a mysterious room that only few in Chaldea know about. The idol-themed limited-time event will reward participants with their own free 4-Star Foreigner-class Servant: Mysterious Idol X (Alter), an idol-clad version of Mysterious Heroine X Alter. She'll be the first freebie Foreigner-class Servant in the game, so players with a thin roster or who want to avoid spending Saint Quartz may wish to join in.
Additionally, players can earn "Spiritron Dress" cosmetic outfits for 12 FGO characters by participating in the event. Characters like Mash Kyrielight, Helena Blavatsky, Queen Medb, Tamamo Cat, Jeanne d'Arc, Ushiwakamaru, Altera, and more will be able to don the costumes to alter their in-game appearance.
Fate/Grand Order is available on iOS and Android devices. The Grail Concert event launches in mid-April 2023.
