Infinity Strash: Dragon Quest - The Adventure of Dai highlights how Dai and his friends power up in its Gameplay Overview trailer
Square Enix has released a new gameplay overview trailer for Infinity Strash: Dragon Quest - The Adventure of Dai that provides an extensive look at how players progress in the upcoming action RPG.
The player begins with how players can play as one of the four Disciples of Avan, who are Dai, Popp, Maam, and Hyunckel. Players can switch who they play in the party at any time in the middle of combat as long as they've been deployed for that stage. Each character has their own set of unique skills - Popp can fire off magical spells, Maam can heal, and Hyunckel can tap into his Dark Aura abilities.
It is specifically mentioned that Infinity Strash's main story goes up to episode 41 of the recent anime adaptation of Dragon Quest: The Adventure of Dai. Along the way, players can collect equippable Bond Memory cards that provide stat increases; they also depict artwork for the original manga source material.
The Temple of Recollection in Infinity Strash is an additional mode where players can grind the levels of their characters and Bond Memories should the main story prove too tough for them to progress forward, or they can simply do it to overlevel their characters for the challenges ahead. This Temple of Recollection is a repeatable dungeon that changes every time a player accesses it; its difficulty level increases the further in a player gores.
Plus, a new Challenge Mode opens up in Infinity Strash once players complete the main story. There are stages that offer new, tougher challenges that aren't seen in the initial playthrough.
