Is Sega working on another Valkyria Chronicles game?

The latest batch of trademark filings (via AndriaSang) might hint toward exactly that. A listing for "Valkyria Duel" was filed in Japan, perhaps suggesting the next game in the Valkyria series is a fighting game.

That's all speculation of course, but a change in genre and platform might be just what the franchise needs, especially since Valkyria Chronicles 3 never made it overseas.
