Astra: Knights of Veda, a follow-up to 2015's Dragon Blaze, is set to release later this year for mobile devices and PC (Steam). For more information, you can check out the announcement information or gameplay trailer.
Publisher HYBE IM and developer FLINT are happy to announce that their visually spectacular, story-rich 2D RPG, ASTRA: Knights of Veda is participating in next month’s Steam Next Fest demo event between October 9th to 16th! This public demo is the first opportunity for a global audience to experience the mesmerizing art style in this dark fantasy action RPG inspired by classic belt-scrolling arcade games before it launches on PC and Android / iOS devices in late 2023.
Unlike the limited Gamescom test build available to players who visited the ASTRA: Knight of Veda booth, the Steam Next Fest demo is the actual gameplay build with much more content added. Players will have access to a large portion of the game, delivering ample playtime throughout the event. Depending on the player's preference, the game can be enjoyed on Steam using either a gamepad or a keyboard and mouse. Not only that, the game can also be played on Android devices with crossplay features during Steam Next Fest, giving plenty of options for players to access the game. The biggest addition to this demo is the new ‘Arena Mode’ where players can clash with other players in either 1v1, 2v2, or 3v3 battles.
HYBE IM and FLINT look forward to many players immersing themselves in the world they have created and encourage anyone looking for an exciting new game to check it out! In the meantime, the Steam Next Fest trailer showcases gameplay, and cutscenes players can expect in the demo.
