Retro throwback RPG SKALD: Against the Black Priory gets a new trailer, screenshots, and Spring 2024 release window
Publisher Raw Fury and developer High North Studios have released a new trailer and screenshots for SKALD: Against the Black Priory.
Previously scheduled for a 2023 release, SKALD: Against the Black Priory is now set to launch in Spring 2024 for PC (Steam, GOG).
SKALD is a retro RPG inspired by titles from the 80s / early 90s such as Ultima, Pool of Radiance, and other Gold Box series games. However, despite its nostalgic charm, Skald is stated to incorporate smoothly integrated enhancements and will appeal to RPG fans old and new alike. The project originally began with a Kickstarter campaign in 2019.
