SacriFire has a free public playtest on PC available now till June 24
Pixelated Milk is currently holding a free public playtest for their upcoming RPG SacriFire that started on June 8 and will be live until June 24 on Steam. The game made an appearance at the Future Games Show: Summer Showcase 2024 event with a new gameplay trailer.
For those interested in helping to improve SacriFire based on what they experienced in the playtest, Pixelated Milk has provided several ways to submit feedback; people can fill out the Playtest Survey and respond in the Playtest Feedback Thread in the Steam Discussion forum for the title.
If people aren't able to play the SacriFire playtest, IGN has also released a video showcasing the first 17 minutes of the game.
SacriFire is planned to launch on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC, though no release date has been shared yet.

Pixelated Milk, an independent studio behind Regalia: Of Men and Monarchs and WARSAW, is excited to announce that the playtest for SacriFire is now live on Steam! For the first time, players can dive into the world of SacriFire, an upcoming RPG with a unique combat system, stunning pixel art, and music composed by the legendary Motoi Sakuraba (Dark Souls, Eternal Sonata, Tales of series, Star Ocean, Golden Sun and more).
SacriFire follows the story of Ezekiel Ridan, a young priest struggling to maintain his faith amidst a war between gods and demons. As a soldier in training for the elite sect of the Church of Sheol, Ezekiel's primary goal is to protect the underground city of Antioch from the demons above. However, he soon finds himself embroiled in a conflict far greater than he could have imagined – a struggle that has been waged for thousands of years by entities beyond his comprehension.
SacriFire playtest build includes:

- 3 side quests
- 2 major locations and 6 smaller locations
- 1 boss and variety of enemies
- A fun mini-game of Moligmania
