Starfield: Shattered Space story expansion injects space horror into the Bethesda RPG this year
Bethesda Game Studios unveiled a new story expansion coming to Starfield with Starfield: Shattered Space. It will be arriving sometime in 2024 that brings players a new tale that leans into space horror. Along with the story expansion DLC announcement, Bethesda showed off new content for Starfield coming later today.
The story of Starfield: Shattered Space starts when players receive a mysterious distress call. It brings them to an undocumented star station and they must enter it to find out what happened in there. Voices referring to a 'Serpent' start to uncover that there is more to this mystery than meets the eye.
This new adventure in Starfield will have people travel to new locations, meet new characters, and embark on new quests.
Plus, Starfield will be receiving an update coming later that will add new locations, gear, bounties, and custom content, in which Bethesda partnered with several community creators.
