Eastasiasoft brings dungeon crawler RPG Tokyo Clanpool to the west in 2024 for Nintendo Switch and PC
Publisher Eastasiasoft announced that they are bringing Tokyo Clanpool to the west in 2024 for Nintendo Switch and PC (Steam). This dungeon RPG was developed by Compile Heart and it inititally released in Japan on October 2017 for the PlayStation Vita.
Tokyo Clanpool features first-person dungeon exploration as players experience the game through the eyes of Prime Minister Natsume Kannuki. A monster invasion threatens the safety of Japan and players must utilize their team of Diet Dolls to fight them.
As people venture deeper into labyrinths, they'll come across environmental puzzles to change how they navigate through them while engaging in turn-based battles against foes. They must also take into account if their actions are in the interest of the population because if the newly inaugurated Prime Minister's approval ratings are too low, Natsume's cabinet may just resign.
Those interested in a physical copy of Tokyo Clanpool for Switch can purchase it through online retailer Playasia; standard copies will be avaiable, while only 3000 copies of its limited edition will be produced. Online pre-orders begin on Thursday, July 4 at 8am PT / 11am ET.
