Tactical strategy RPG Jeanne d'Arc coming to PS5 and PS4 on July 16

Sony Interactive Entertainment has unveiled the next batch of games coming for PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium members in July and among them is Jeanne d'Arc , a strategy RPG that was previously exclusive to PlayStation Portable. RPG players who are only interested in purchasing this game alone do not have to sign up for any PlayStation Plus services Jeanne d'Arc will be releasing on July 16 for the PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4..

For instance, PSP game Daxter was announced in the PlayStation Plus Game Catalog update in June and received its own separate PlayStation Store page for those that wanted to purchase just the game alone, instead of signing up for any PlayStation Plus tier.

Jeanne d'Arc was initially released in Japan on November 2006 and received a release in North America later on August 2007. The title never received an official release in Europe, but this upcoming re-release of Jeanne d'Arc will be arriving in Europe too. Even the PlayStation UK X/Twitter account acknowledged that the RPG will finally receive an official release there.

Developed by Level-5, Jeanne d'Arc has players take on the role of the titular character across France as humanity struggles against the demon onslaught. Lead Jeanne and her party across the land to vanquish the demons that have populated the ranks of the English army.

The updated release of Jeanne d'Arc will receive enhancements, such as up-rendering, rewind, quick save, and custom video filters.
