Beyond Galaxyland starts its interplanetary expedition on September 24
Sam Enright and United Label unveiled that the upcoming 2.5D turn-based RPG Beyond Galaxyland will be releasing on September 24. It will be coming to PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC (Steam).
A new release date gameplay trailer showcases how players will traverse the game through a side-scroller perspective. People witness the game through the eyes of Doug, a high school student that's been transported to the distant land of Galaxyland right before Earth is consumed by "The End", a celestial destroyer of worlds. Unsure of what happened to Earth, Doug embarks on an interplanetary journey to get back to it.
Meet and befriend a crew of specialists along Doug's quest. Engage in turn-based combat and carefully scan foes to uncover their strengths and, most importantly, weaknesses. Capture creatures to summon them in later battles.

United Label, CI Games’ home for highly ambitious, lovingly-crafted videogames, has announced during the Future Games Show at gamescom that 2.5D adventure-RPG, Beyond Galaxyland, will launch 24th September on PC, PlayStation®5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and Nintendo SwitchTM. Created by Chicago-based game developer and music producer, Sam ‘EnrightBeats’ Enright, Beyond Galaxyland is inspired by classic sci-fi movies of the 1980s and iconic turn-based RPGs of the 1990s.
Set among the stars, the game follows Doug, a high school student who's whisked away to Galaxyland – a seemingly idyllic, zoo-like collection of planets – moments before the destruction of planet Earth by a celestial destroyer of worlds known only as ‘The End’. As Doug embarks on an interplanetary quest, pinballing around a cluster of diverse planets and biomes – including neon-lit cities, a cybernetic casino, and a desert set within the dead husks of starships – he’s joined by a ragtag medley of companions in a valiant effort to discover the truth behind Galaxyland and somehow undo the apocalypse of Earth.
Beyond Galaxyland modernises the beloved, old-skool RPG with a cosmic-cocktail of classic platforming, puzzle solving, an engaging turn-based combat system, epic boss battles, and a capture/summons mechanic that allows Doug to unleash the fauna he battles in future fights.
