Persona 3 Reload: Episode Aigis -The Answer- DLC reveals a new challenge boss battle with Joker from Persona 5
Atlus revealed some brand-new content for the upcoming Episode Aigis -The Answer- DLC story expansion for Persona 3 Reload. Players can fight an optional challenge boss battle against Joker, the main protagonist of Persona 5.
Joker seems to follow a similar cadence to previous superbosses in the Persona series as he unleashes different Personas for devastating attacks. Aside from his default starting Persona Arsene, he'll also unleash his ultimate Satanael Persona at some points during the boss battle.
Make sure to be prepared against the ultimate showdown against the fearsome main character from Persona 5.
The Episode Aigis DLC can obtained through buying the separate paid Persona 3 Reload: Expansion Pass; this is not included with the Digital Deluxe and Digital Premium Editions of Persona 3 Reload. If you are a Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscriber, you receive the Expansion Pass for free.
At the time of publishing this article, Atlus has not mentioned if Episode Aigis -The Answer- can be purchased separately. Episode Aigis -The Answer- launches on September 10.
Persona 3 Reload is now available on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and PC (Steam).
During gamescom’s Opening Night Live 2024, Atlus announced a special challenge battle will be added to Persona 3 Reload next month as part of Episode Aigis -The Answer-. This final content release for the Persona 3 Reload: Expansion Pass is set to be released September 10, 2024.
Wholly unique to Persona 3 Reload’s Episode Aigis, the encounter with the masked boy presents a hardcore challenge for players via a secret boss fight, replete with striking themes from Persona 5 Royal. The confrontation is one part of the larger Episode Aigis -The Answer- content expansion, a major post-ending DLC that further develops the story of Persona 3 Reload and serves as a story epilogue.
