Bandai Namco outlines DLC schedule for That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime Isekai Chronicles; 'A Strange Fate' DLC now available
Publisher Bandai Namco and developer ZOC have released the first DLC for That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime Isekai Chronicles, called "A Strange Fate". This first DLC adds Hinata as a playable character.
The 'A Strange Fate' DLC can be purchased stand-alone for $6.99. It is also included in the $19.99 Season Pass, as well as part of the $69.99 Digital Deluxe Edition of the game. Two additional DLCs are planned: 'The Fairy Queen's Labyrinth' which adds Veldora as a playable character on September 12, and 'Marital Arts Tournament' which adds Milim as a playable character on September 19.

That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime Isekai Chronicles released on August 8 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC (Steam).
Bandai Namco Entertainment America Inc. today announced That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime Isekai Chronicles DLC 1 “A Strange Fate,” is now available. The first-ever action RPG based on the multifaceted series will now allow players to go on a journey to find Hinata, Sumire’s childhood friend and captain of the Western Holy Church's Crusaders.
“A Strange Fate” is the first of three currently planned DLC releases for the title, with additional content coming later this year in September. The game’s DLC packs are available for purchase and included for players who purchase the Digital Deluxe Edition or the Season Pass. That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime Isekai Chronicles is available on the Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One and PC via Steam.
In the “A Strange Fate” DLC, players will control Sumire instead of the titular character Rimuru. The DLC also adds ten new sub-quests and seven new buildings for players to experience the base game’s “Tempest Story” on a deeper level. In addition to the DLC, fans can also purchase the Season Pass and Digital Deluxe Edition which includes more bonus content. See below for additional details.
