Rainy Frog and Forever Entertainment will bring a Front Mission 3 Remake Switch demo to Tokyo Game Show 2024

Rainy Frog has announced that they will set up a booth at Tokyo Game Show 2024. The company will place demo builds of seven games at the event. One of the titles that caught our interest is the remake of Front Mission 3, which will have its demo build run on Nintendo  Switch.

This is the first time we have heard of the remake of the series' third mainline entry, ever since Forever Entertainment teased its production during the English September 2022 Nintendo Direct. While the company had been focused on releasing remakes of the first two Front Mission titles, they have still yet to reveal any assets for Front Mission 3's remake.

When Rainy Frog made this reveal, the official webpage for Front Mission 3: Remake still has nothing but the original game logo and the fact that Megapixel Studio is working together with Forever Entertainment on its development. But since Rainy Frog is also a subsidiary of Forever Entertainment, it is fairly clear that both companies have worked together on producing and localizing the demo build. We now expect Forever Entertainment to make a formal reveal of Front Mission 3: Remake in the following weeks ahead of TGS 2024.

Those who attend the event on September 26-29 and manage to play the Front Mission 3: Remake demo can also receive an exclusive sticker sheet while stocks last. This sheet will contain Wanzer units that appeared in the game, and you can also find the sample image right below:

With the Front Mission 3: Remake TGS 2024 demo set to run on Nintendo Switch, it is very likely that the console will be the first platform the game will be available on. If Forever Entertainment still follows the pattern from the first two remakes, it will take more time until PlayStation, Xbox, and PC players can play the game on their preferred platforms.
