Astlibra Gaiden: The Cave of Phantom Mist launches for Nintendo Switch on October 17 as a standalone title
WhisperGames and Keizo have announced that Astlibra Gaiden: The Cave of Phantom Mist will launch for Nintendo Switch on October 17. This expansion to Astlibra Revision originally released for the PC version this past February.
However, the Switch version of The Cave of Phantom Mist will be sold as a standalone entry, priced at $9.99, meaning players do not technically need the Astlibra Revision base game to purchase & play it. However, it's still recommended to play the Gaiden expansion after Astlibra Revision, for story & character reasons.

Today WhisperGames is excited to announce that Astlibra Gaiden: The Cave of Phantom Mist will be coming to Nintendo Switch on October 17th.
The PC version of Astlibra Gaiden was originally released this February on Steam as DLC for Astlibra Revision.
However, this time Gaiden is coming as a standalone title on Nintendo Switch; players do not need to own Astlibra Revision or start it up to play Gaiden.
Gaiden is a side story to Astlibra Revision, starring a new (but very familiar!) female protagonist in a 20+ hour-long adventure. Take control of the baker's reclusive daughter as she challenges randomly generated dungeons in a roguelike fashion.
Astlibra Revision Gaiden: The Cave Phantom Mist offers a fresh perspective on the Astlibra saga, delving deeper into the intricacies of the game's world and character relationships and elevating the original game's randomized maze elements --- richer variety of rooms, challenges, and experiences that are as strong and immersive as fans have come to expect from Astlibra !
