Heaven Burns Red confirms PC release for its upcoming English version and 10 Event Stories available at launch

Publisher Yostar and developers Wright Flyer Studios & Key answered a lot of questions surrounding the upcoming English release of free-to-play turn-based RPG Heaven Burns Red. Since its announcement in early July, there were many questions surrounding the English version because it initially released in Japan on February 2022.

They've clarified that the game's English lanch will be using version 4.0 of Heaven Burns Red, which was the same version that released on the 2nd anniversary in its Japanese release. Plus, the English version of Heaven Burns Red will be available on Windows, as well as mobile devices. It's still unclear whether the Windows version of the English release will be available on Steam, like the Japanese version, or if it will be a standalone client.

When Heaven Burns Red's English version releases, it will contain a lot of content that was later added to the Japanese version including:

Main Story: You can play up to Chapter 3 of the Main Story [Fabricated Fingers and a Sea of Rice] when the EN version is released.

Event Story: The following 10 Event Stories will be available when the EN version is released.

  2.  Requient of the Blue
  3.  The Move That Spins This Planet
  4.  Behavioral Observation Report No. 1186
  5.  You're Up, Shorties! Big Operation U140
  6.  Tiny Teardrops, Forgotten Memories
  7.  Summer, Swimsuits, and Tropical Festivals!
  8.  My Dear Little Hero
  9.  The Oracle and the White Lily
  10.  The Friend From That Day

Available Memorias: All Memorias in the JP server until 2022/11/29, including 47 SS Memorias, 32 S Memorias, and 48 A Memroais will be available when the EN version is released.

Plus, the Tutorial Recruitment function in the English version will allow players to manually choose which SS Memoria they want out of a pool of 12 characters instead of randomly obtaining one. There are other adjuments detailed in their post.
