Warframe: 1999 free in-game demo now available on all platforms, full launch coming this winter
Ahead of Warframe's next major update, Warfame: 1999, set to release this winter, a free in-game playable demo has gone live as a sampler for all platforms. This demo now available in-game is available after completing the Awakening and Vor's Prize tutorial Quests. You can access it from a mysterious infested terminal in the main ship's flight deck. The demo will let you take on a replayable Exterminate-style mission as Arthur and a Protokol Longsword Skin can be unlocked if you complete it before the next major update arrives. Alongside the new Warframe: 1999 demo, the Warframe Market has new cosmetics available for the Halloween event. If you've not kept up with the Warframe: 1999, it has looked amazing, and it also has Ben Starr (Final Fantasy XVI's Clive) playing Arthur. I assume we will get a definite release date at one of the next major gaming events or at one of Digital Extreme's next streams.
Warframe is out now on iOS, PS5, PS4, Xbox Series, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC. It is also coming to Android in the future.
