RPG Maker With PS5 and PS4 versions launch in Japan on January 30, 2025, with English version to follow in February

Kadokawa and Gotcha Gotcha Games have confirmed the Japanese release date for the PlayStation 5 and 4 versions of RPG Maker With. Those who want to use and play the software on PlayStation consoles will be able to do so starting from January 30, 2025.

Gotcha Gotcha Games also confirmed that the new Sony PlayStation releases will have cross-platform support with the Nintendo Switch version. This means those who just started using the software on PlayStation platforms will be able to access and download assets uploaded by the earlier Switch users, and the latter will also be able to check out the works made by the former.

As a reminder, RPG Maker With has been available on Nintendo Switch in Japan since April 11 this year. NIS America has also released the Western version of the game software in five main languages (EFIGS - English, French, Italian, German, and Spanish) for the Switch exactly six months later on October 11. While the latter also confirmed plans to release the Western PlayStation versions in 2025, it still remains to be seen whether those releases will come on the same day in Japan or not.

Update (October 31): NIS America has announced that RPG Maker With will launch in the west for PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4 on February 21.
