FATE: Reawakened to release on consoles in addition to PC, controller support confirmed
Publisher Gamigo and developer Tableflip have announced that the recently revealed FATE: Reawakened will launch on Xbox, PlayStation, and Nintendo Switch consoles in addition to the previously announced upcoming PC release on Steam. In addition to the announcement of console versions, Tableflip has also confirmed that the PC version of FATE: Reawakened will also include official controller support.
Gamigo has released a short trailer for the console and controller announcement, which we've shared below:
The award-winning FATE series is treading new ground as today publisher gamigo and developer Tableflip reveal that FATE: Reawakened, a full remaster of the original classic FATE series, will launch on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch™! Console players will get to revisit the quaint town of Grove and beyond, where they’ll conquer procedurally generated dungeons, master powerful spells, and enjoy endless fishing minigame content.
While staying true to its classic roots, FATE: Reawakened revitalizes the classic dungeon crawler series with complete graphical overhauls, and added language support. It includes the original game along with its sequels: FATE: Undiscovered Realms, FATE: The Traitor Soul, and FATE: The Cursed King. In addition to its upcoming console launch, players of the remaster on PC will also receive a treat: for the first time ever, the FATE series will have full controller support!
A release date for the FATE: Reawakened remaster has not been announced. All four original FATE titles are available via Steam.
