Obsidian Entertainment and Xbox Game Studios' Avowed can now be pre-ordered on Xbox and PC platforms with two editions available for purchase. The accessibility features, the minimum specifications, and new skin packs have also been revealed today. Originally set to release on Xbox Series, Steam, and the Microsoft Store on PC, Avowed is also going to launch on Battle.net for PC.

It will be included on Xbox Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass for subscribers as revealed before, but those who link their Xbox and Battle.net accounts through the Xbox App on Windows will also be able to access the game via Battle.net. Ahead of its February release, pre-orders for two editions are now live digitally. A physical edition with a code in box is also available to pre-order.

Accessibility Features for All Players
Avowed offers a variety of accessibility features to make the game enjoyable for all players. In addition, a third-person mode option is available through the accessibility menu, which helps those who may need it to enjoy the game from a different perspective, enhancing both comfort and gameplay. Some key accessibility options include:
UI & Camera: Customize field of view, disable camera shake, toggle head bobbing, adjust camera sway.
Text & Subtitles: Adjust UI text size, subtitle text size, and subtitle background opacity for optimal readability.
Controls: Fully remappable controls with adjustable sensitivity for all analog inputs, enhancing gameplay comfort.

Avowed launches on February 18, 2025 for Xbox Series X|S and PC (Microsoft Store, Steam, and Battle.net). Those who buy the premium edition or the upgrade can play it beginning February 13, 2025.
