Enjoy the limitless fun of Skullrock Island
On Marona and her companions' base, Skullrock Island, your allies can manage the various Facilities to provide services. To unlock a new Facility, simply create a unit of the required class. These Facilities offer a range of benefits, such as a Shop where you can purchase items, and a Juice Bar, which allows you to distribute EXP amongst your allies.
Additional Facilities allow you to strengthen your units even further, such as Dungeon Creation, Fusion, Awakening/Reincarnation, Titles, and more, offering near-limitless opportunities for enjoyment! For in-depth information on the various Facilities and what benefits they provide, please refer to the media kit below.
Introducing the Facilities of Skullrock Island
Marina
By strengthening your pirate ship, you are able to increase your entire party's stats.
Depending on the pirate ship you choose, your boosted stats will change. Ships can do things like increasing the amount of EXP gained to help you level up or increasing movement and jump ability for maps with large height differences. Try choosing the best ship for your current situation!
Skills
Skills are actions that can be used in combat, such as attacks, healing, or buffs. There are Skills that deal a massive amount of damage to a single enemy, Skills that damage several enemies in a wide range at once, Skills that can heal multiple allies, and more. Carefully choosing your Skills can change the tide of battle!
Abilities are tied to a unit's class or race and have various effects such as increasing their stats, pushing enemies off the map, decreasing damage sustained, strengthening Gadgets, increasing the range of attacks, and much, much more. Take your time and enjoy searching for just the right combination of Abilities to take on battles with ease!
However, there's a limit to how many you can learn, so sometimes it may be necessary to forget previously-learned Skills and Abilities. Once a Skill has been learned, it can be forgotten with the "Skill Order" command. Skills that have been forgotten can be re-learned at any time.
Fusion
You can strengthen an item by synthesizing it with Mana and materials. When you get a new weapon and find that you no longer need the weapon you had been using, use Fusion. The new weapon's HP and other stats will be increased, and you will be able to use this powered-up version in battle.
You can also convert items into Mana to obtain the item's Title!
Titles
Titles are transferable labels that affect a unit's status. Each unit or item possesses a Title from the beginning, and each Title has different effects. You can equip Titles however you desire, so if you obtain an item with a powerful Title, be sure to try transferring it to something else!
Titles can also be equipped to dungeons you've created. Affix a Title to a dungeon and every floor of the dungeon you clear will increase that Title's stats! Defeat random dungeons to strengthen Titles and use them to improve your units and items!
Juice Bar
Using the Juice Bar, you can redistribute accumulated experience to different characters. The more you increase the level of the Juice Bar, the more experience you will be able to accumulate.
By making use of the Juice Bar, you can raise the level of a newly-created ally in an instant or level up a Reincarnated ally from Level 1. It's an extremely useful tool for powering up your characters!
If you increase the ratio of EXP stored at the Juice Bar to over 100%, characters that you deploy in battle will receive 0 EXP, but the amount of EXP that will go to the Juice Bar will be over 100%! Talk about a deal!
Awaken/Reincarnate
By using Awaken/Reincarnate, you can change a unit's class or increase the Spirit (stat bonus).
Awakening is a unit-strengthening feature that allows you to keep a unit's current level and receive the corresponding amount of Spirit.
It's a great way to keep the same class, race, and level while still powering that unit up.
Reincarnation is a system where a character's class or race can change and they are reset to Level 1 while retaining their Skills, Abilities, and Title.
When Reincarnating, you will receive that character's current level worth of Spirit, which you can then distribute to their stats, so they will be much more powerful than a normal Level 1 unit. In addition, since they will keep the Skills and Abilities of their former class or race, they will be a very unique unit.
To use either Awakening or Reincarnation, very important items called "Changebooks" and "Eggs" are required, respectively.
You can overcome class restrictions by repeatedly Reincarnating to raise units that possess your ideal Abilities!
Create Dungeons
By creating random dungeons and completing them, you can level up your units, find items, and strengthen Titles. Dungeons are created by using a Map. The Map's name will determine the dungeon's location, enemies, stats, and obtainable items.
When creating a random dungeon, you can freely choose its Title and, when you clear the dungeon, you will receive the Title you created as a reward.
Be sure to level up all the Titles you create!
In addition, there are floor bonuses that allow you to obtain more EXP. Also, every 10th floor, an event might occur where you will encounter a Gadget that only appears in dungeons, the Slot Machine.
This gives you the chance to earn more EXP, Mana, or BOR. If you're lucky, you might get a rare item, but if you're unlucky, something horrible might happen. Still, it's a great chance to strike it rich and power up!
Salvage
Automatically obtain the treasure hidden in a given nautical region by dispatching Salvage groups. The time needed to complete, and the items received, will change depending on the location and the approach taken by the dispatched Salvage crew.
Your crew will search for items automatically as time passes, no matter whether you clear a stage or progress the story, so be sure to send those groups out! What a convenient service!
Gadgets
Create and power up Gadgets to summon on the battlefield!
Use Gadgets you've created to destroy blocks, bring items to you, and perform special actions in battle, providing many different ways to tackle each map!
